Ingredients in a ICE numbing Gel are following:
- 5% Lidocaine, 2% Tetracaine, 0.02% Epinephrine
- Rapid-acting gel formula
- Considerably reduce pain during permanent makeup and tattoo procedures
- Can be used safely around the eye
